DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY This website shall only be used for delivery of the Products to customers in Malaysia for the being time. If you are from abroad whom are interest to PPS products, please do drop an email or call to our management. PPS shall deliver all the Products ordered or purchased by the courier service company of its choice. It shall be deemed that you agree for PPS to ship or deliver the Products with the courier service company of our choice upon your payment for the Products which you have ordered through the Site. PPS shall deliver the Products within five (5) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays), at its best effort, from the date of receipt of your placement of order unless and until otherwise informed or advised by PPS. PPS shall not provide any insurance coverage for the delivery of the Products as the insurance coverage shall be provided by the courier service company instead. PPS shall not be held responsible for any damage or lost of the Products during the process of shipment or delivery, as this shall be covered by the "Shippers Insurance". The risk of loss and damage of Products shall pass to the courier service company from the date of collection of Products by the courier service company until the date of the actual delivery by the courier service company to you and thereafter the title of the Products shall pass to you. A delivery charge shall be imposed on you in accordance with the amount as stated in the Site at the Delivery Info section. The delivery charges shall be included in your payment for the Products and the delivery charges are subject to changes. PPS shall not refund the Delivery Charge once the Products have been delivered to you or collected by the courier service company from PPS or if you cancel the purchase of the Products after you have made payment for the Products. In the event any of the failure to deliver the Products to you is due to your fault, oversight or mistake, The Products shall be re-delivered to you and you shall bear all the relevant cost including but not limited to the Delivery Cost, the said re-delivery cost and any additional surcharge applicable, the Relevant Cost. PPS reserves the right to alter or amend the delivery times and a two- (2)-days prior notice shall be served on you. All delivery times quoted shall subject to stock availability and delivery location. PPS shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products within estimated timescales. If you are not able to receive your delivery, you shall call PPS at least two (2) days before the agreed delivery date and PPS shall arrange for another date of delivery for you. If the Products have been despatched according to the address provided by you, you shall bear all the costs for the redelivery of the Products, if you wish the Products to be redelivered to another place as directed by you. Both PPS and the courier service company agreed that the Products shall only be sent to the stated consignee, and the release form shall only be executed by the said consignee unless the said consignee and PPS agree that the courier service company shall deliver the Products to a third party located in Malaysia only. You shall indemnify PPS for the lost of Products in the event you grant permission to the courier service company to release the Products to a third party without PPS consent.Exchange Policy: Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt and returned to us unused within 7 days of receipt. All items should be thoroughly inspected by you on receipt and any faults reported immediately. No exchange will be given on any item/ once it has been used or after the 1 day exchange limit has expired. An exchange of the same item will be given within the 1 day exchange limit provided that the order item is damaged prior the delivery. All exchange must be returned in the original packaging and be returned via recorded or special delivery. (a signed for delivery service) Important: All items should be thoroughly inspected by you on receipt of said items, if you should find a manufacturers fault or a damaged item/s or damaged packaging then we must be notified within 24 hours of you receiving the item/s. Always Refuse Damaged Parcel / Packages: Exchanges can only be given on damaged goods when we have been notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect ordered goods immediately on receiving them. All damaged goods must be returned before a replacement can be given. You are solely responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. We do not refund postage costs under any circumstance. Signing for registered and recorded items accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in an undamaged condition. Always inspect and refuse damaged parcels, never sign for a damaged parcel. |
